• Ocular prosthesis/scleral shell provision £1200

  The service includes an impression, wax model with iris placement, ocular painting, fitting, and post-fitting review.

• Duplicate prosthesis £400 - 800 (depending on complexity)

  An extra prosthesis can be made during the manufacturing of the original prosthesis. A duplicate can be made of your current or new prosthesis in a design or colour of your choosing. A realistic copy can be made, so you have a spare, novelty design or block colour prosthesis.

• Ocular review £60

  The review includes prosthesis inspection and polish, as well as an examination of the socket/phthisical eye. It is advised that you have, at minimum, an annual check-up to ensure your prosthesis is clean and well fitted, and that your socket is healthy. Some people may need more regular check-ups due to excess secretion or even due to specific work environments.

  Insurance payments are not available, however, detailed procedural and costed documentation can be provided upon request to be sent to your insurance provider. Payment in full is due upon completion. If the prosthetic is posted to you, payment is due in full before being sent. We can discuss a payment plan if needed, but this must be agreed upon prior to the start of treatment.
